疑似鼠疫材料的小白鼠试验结果分析

目的；用某县疑似鼠疫材料，对小白鼠进行试验，以证实是否有鼠疫菌存在。方法，将从自毙鼠分离的疑似鼠疫菌，可疑鼠疫病人淋巴液，捕获黄胸鼠脏器悬液，以无菌生理盐水作为对照，接种于小白鼠蹊部皮下，观察病理改变，用鼠疫噬菌体裂解试验鉴定致病菌，RIHA测定FI抗原。结果：接种疑似鼠疫菌悬液的小白鼠第3天发病，第4天死亡。其悬液检出滴度1：5120鼠疫FI抗原，鼠疫噬菌体裂解试验阳性。结论：自毙鼠分离出鼠疫菌，2000年该县发生的疫情是由鼠疫菌引起。

Analysis on the experimental results of white rats injected by suspectable material contained with Bacteria Yersinia pestis

Objective In order to detect the bacteria Yersinia pestis, suspectable material contained with the bacteria Yersinia pestis from a western minority nationality county in Guangxi,are injected to white rat.Methods Comparisons with normal saline, subcutaneous injection with suspectable material contained with the bacteria Yersinia pestis, lymph of suspectable plague patient, and suspended liquid mixed with lymph gland, heart, lungs, liver, spleen of rat are taken separately.Results 2 rats injected with suspectable material contained with the bacterium Yersinia pestis suffer from plague in the third day and die in the forth day. Fraction I antigen and the bacteria Yersinia pestis are found in suspended liquid from the two rats.Conclusion Bacteria Yersinia pestis have been found out in the two dead rats and are the pathogen of the epidemic disease in the county in the year of 2000.
