加热灭活乙肝血源疫苗的免疫效果观察

比较了国产加热灭活乙肝血凝疫苗接种新生儿的免疫原性，安全性以及ＨＢＩＧ联用阻断ＨＢ２Ａｇ和ＨＢｅＡｇ双阳性孕阳ＨＢＶ母婴传播的保护效果。结果表明加热灭活乙肝疫苗安全性良好，免后抗ＨＢｓ水平优于剂量化学活乙肝疫苗，其阴断ＨＢＶ母婴传播的保护率与同剂量化学灭活乙肝疫苗无显著性差异。由于加热灭活乙肝疫苗生产成本较低，对乙肝疫苗计划免疫的实施。具有重要的实用价值。

Efficacy of Heat-Inactivated Hepatitis B Vaccine in Newborn Recipients

This paper reports the safety,immunogenicity of heat inactivated HBV vaccine compared with chemo-inactivated HB vaccine and the efficacy of the vaccine plus HBIG to prevent the transmission of HBV from the mother who is positive for both HBsAg and HBeAg to her infant in Liuzhou,Guangxi,China The results showed that the heat-inactivated HBV vaccine was safe,and it stimulated a higher level of anti-HBs than chemo-inactivated HBV vaccine did when they were equal in dose,and there was no difference in protective efficacy rate between them Using Heat-inactivated HBV vaccine is of realistic significance in implementing HB vaccination program because of its lower cost of production
