核磁共振在女性盆底功能障碍中的研究进展

摘    要:随着计算机技术和图像处理技术的快速发展,核磁共振成像技术在临床上的应用日益重要,将该技术应用于女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊断和手术指导具有重要的临床意义.动态核磁共振成像技术检查较传统核磁共振检查更能反映盆底的解剖和功能状态,通过测量盆腔器官到髂尾线的距离可以鉴别是否发生盆腔器官脱垂;通过测量肛提肌的影像特征可以了解是否存在盆底缺陷.

Abstract:Along with rapid development of computer technology and image disposing technology,clinical application of MR imaging(MRI) become more and more important.It is of very important clinic significance to apply MRI in diagnosis and surgery-guidance of female pelvic floor dysfunction.Many foreign researches have found that dynamic MRI is more reliable to reflect anatomical features and function state of pelvic floor than traditional MRI.By measuring the distance of pelvic organ to pubis-coccyx line(PCL),we can determine whether pelvic organ prolapse occurs.By measuring imaging features of levator ani muscle,we can determine whether the pelvic floor is defective.
