腹腔镜与腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术对子宫肌瘤的疗效比较

目的 探讨腹腔镜全子宫切除术（ TLH）与腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术（ LAVH）对子宫肌瘤的疗效。方法 将92例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为LAVH组和TLH组，比较两组疗效。结果 LAVH组手术时间和术中出血量均显著低于TLH组（ t值分别为11．312、10．990，均P＜0．05），而两组肛门排气时间及住院治疗时间比较无显著性差异（t值分别为9．001、8．897，均P＞0．05）。术后3个月随访，两组患者阴道残端均愈合较好，盆腔检测结果未见异常，未见并发症的发生。结论 腹腔镜辅助阴式全子宫切除术对子宫肌瘤的治疗能够有效缩短患者手术治疗时间，减少患者术中出血量，值得临床应用与推广。

Efficacy comparison between laparoscopic hysterectomy and laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy for patients with uterine fibroids

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic total hysterectomy （LTH） and laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy （ LAVH） for patients with uterine fibroids .Methods Ninety-two patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into LTH group and LAVH group, and the efficacy of two groups was compared .Results The operation length and blood loss were significantly less in LAVH group than in LTH group （t value was 11.312 and 10.990, respectively, both P＆lt;0.05）, but there was no significant difference in flatus and hospitalization length between two groups （t value was 9.001 and 8.897, respectively, both P〈0.05）.Follow-up after three months showed that the vaginal stump was healed well and pelvic test results were normal .No complication was found in both groups .Conclusion LAVH for uterine fibroids can effectively shorten surgery length and reduce blood loss , so it is worthy of application and promotion in clinics.
