电子阴道镜在诊断宫颈病变中的价值

摘    要:目的探讨阴道镜在宫颈病变中的诊断价值.方法对2 011例妇女行电子阴道镜检查,对宫颈病变的患者进行回顾性分析,比较电子阴道镜诊断宫颈病变的符合率.结果发现宫颈病变者1 828例,并与1 726例宫颈活检结果对照,阴道镜在宫颈病变中诊断的阳性率为94.42%,经病理确诊为宫颈不典型增生(CINI-III级)患者283例(14.06%),宫颈原位癌46例(2.52%),宫颈浸润癌32例(1.75%),宫颈慢性炎症1 406例(76.91%,含宫颈息肉),宫颈异位症1例,阴道镜诊断宫颈病变的总符合率是94.42%,诊断慢性宫颈炎的符合率为76.91%,诊断宫颈癌的符合率为 70.51%.结论电子阴道镜检查对诊断及筛查女性宫颈疾病结果准确、可靠,有重要价值.

Abstract:Objective To evialuate diagnostic value of colposcopy for cervical lesions.Methods 2 011 patients with cervical lesions underwent colposcopy were retrospectively analyzed.The coincidence rate of colposcopy for diagnosing cervical lesions was caculated by comparing to the results of cervical biopsy.Results The positive rate of electronic colposcopy for diagnosing cervical lesions was 94.42%.283 patients(14.06%) wre pathologically diagnozed as atypical cervical hyperplasia(CINI-III grade),46 as carcinoma in situ(2.52%),32 as invasive carcinoma(1.75%),1 406 as chronic inflammation(76.91%,including endocervical polyps).The total coincidence rate of copyscopy with cervical biopsy for cervical pathological changes,chronic inflammation and cervical carcinoma were 94.42%,76.91%,and 70.51%,respectively.Conclusion colposcopy is an accurate and reliable method for diagnosis and screening of cervical diseases.
