摘    要:目的 探讨产前B超在胎儿完全型大动脉转位诊断中的价值.方法 选取2013年5月至2016年7月在成都市西区安琪儿妇产医院产前超声诊断为完全型大动脉转位胎儿14例,回顾分析超声图像表现.结果 产前超声诊断大动脉转位14例,经尸检均确诊为大动脉转位;其中14例四腔心切面显示正常;14例流出道切面显示两条大动脉呈前后平行排列;三血管切面显示12例为两条血管,2例三条血管排列异常;主动脉弓切面均显示不同程度增大.结论 产前B超在胎儿大动脉转位诊断中有较好的应用价值,完全型大动脉转位有一定的特异性超声表现,诊断时应结合多个切面进行判断,从而提高诊断准确性.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of prenatal B-ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal complete transposition of great arteries . Methods From May 2013 to July 2016, 14 cases diagnosed with complete transposition of great arteries by B-ultrasound in Angel Maternity Hospital in Chengdu were selected , and ultrasonic image performance was retrospectively analysed .Results Fourteen cases of transposition of great arteries diagnosed by prenatal B-ultrasound were confirmed by autopsy .Four chamber section of 14 cases showed normal .Outflow tract section of 14 cases showed two large arteries arranged in parallel .Three vascular section showed that there were two vessels in 12 cases and 2 cases with abnormal arrangement of three vascular .Aortic arch section showed various degrees of increase .Conclusion Prenatal B-ultrasound has good application value in diagnosis of fetal transposition of great arteries .Complete transposition of great arteries has some specific ultrasonic performance , so diagnosis should be made based on multiple views to improve diagnostic accuracy .
