神经节苷脂联合纳洛酮对急性重型颅脑损伤个体氧化应激状态的影响

摘    要:目的观察神经节苷脂联合纳洛酮治疗急性重型颅脑损的疗效及对患者个体氧化应激状态的影响。方法将63例急性重型颅脑外伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予常规基础治疗,治疗组同时加用神经节苷脂和纳洛酮。结果应用不同方案治疗后,治疗组总有效率为90.7%,对照组总有效率为74.2%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(p<0.05)。同时治疗组患者同对照组相比,MDA明显降低(p<0.05);GPx、AOA显著升高(p<0.05)。结论神经节苷脂联合纳洛酮治疗,可使患者体内脂质过氧化水平显著降低,抗氧化水平回升,通过缓解氧化应激损伤,控制病情,获得良好疗效。其可成为药物治疗急性重型颅脑损伤的新机制之一。

Influence on Individual Oxidative Stess Status of Acute Severe Brain Injury Patients Treated with Ganglioside and Naloxone
Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of ganglioside combined with naloxone in treatment of patients with acute severe brain injury and the influence on individual individual oxidative stess status of patients.Methods 63 cases of acute severe brain injury patients were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were integrated with conventional medical treatment;and the treatment group were added with ganglioside and naloxone.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.7%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 74.2%;the difference was significantly(p <0.05).The treatment group's MDA was lower than that of the control group(p <0.05);while After treatment,the treatment group's GPx,AOA were significantly higher than those of the control group(p <0.05).Conclu-sions Ganglioside combined with naloxone can achieve good clinical effects by significantly lowering the level of lipid peroxidation in pa-tients,increasing the level of antioxidation,and alleviating oxidative stress to control diseases,which can be one of the new mechanisms in drug treatment of patients with acute severe brain injury.
