关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的效果

目的探讨关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎患者的效果。方法100例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组各50例,对照组采用关节镜清理术治疗,实验组采用关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗,比较两组的关节液炎性因子水平、膝关节功能以及疼痛情况。结果治疗后,实验组的TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后,实验组的Lysholm评分均显著高于对照组,VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论关节镜清理术联合透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎可降低患者关节液炎性因子水平,改善膝关节功能,减轻疼痛。

Effect of Arthroscopic Debridement Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective To explore the effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with arthroscopic debridement,while the experimental group was treated with arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate.The levels of inflammatory factors in joint fluid,knee joint function and pain were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-a,IL-6 and IL-8 of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatment,the Lysholm scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the VAS scores were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in joint fluid,improve knee joint function and reduce pain.
