发展性照顾护理模式对低出生体重儿生长发育和神经行为发育的影响

目的探讨发展性照顾护理模式对低出生体重儿生长发育和神经行为发育的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年3月我院收治的86例低出生体重儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43)。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用发展性照顾护理模式干预。比较两组的生长发育和神经行为发育情况。结果出院时,观察组的身长、头围和体质量增长均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的MDI、PDI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时,观察组的MDI、PDI评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论发展性照顾护理模式在低出生体重儿中应用效果显著,可有效促进低出生体重儿的生长发育和神经行为发育。

Impact of Developmental Care Nursing Model on Growth Development and Neurobehavioral Development of Low Birth Weight Infants

Objective To explore the impact of developmental care nursing model on growth development and neurobehavioral development of low birth weight infants.Methods 86 cases of low birth weight infants admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into the control group(n=43)and the observation group(n=43).The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received intervention of developmental care nursing model on the basis of the control group.The growth development and neurobehavioral development were compared between the two groups.Results At discharge,the increases of body length,head circumference and body weight of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,no significant difference was found in the MDI and PDI scores between the two groups(P>0.05);At discharge,the MDI and PDI scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Developmental care nursing model has significant application effect in low birth weight infants,which can effectively promote the growth development and neurobehavioral development of low birth weight infants.
