坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者性激素水平的影响

目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮对围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者性激素水平的影响。方法126例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为两组各63例,对照组采用黄体酮治疗,观察组采用坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮治疗,比较两组治疗前后的肾阴虚证症状评分及性激素水平。结果治疗3个月后,观察组的盗汗、失眠、腰膝酸软、耳鸣、五心烦热评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组的血清FSH、LH水平均显著低于对照组,E2水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合黄体酮可有效改善围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的肾阴虚证症状,调节患者的性激素水平。

Impact of Kuntai Capsule Combined with Progesterone on Sex Hormone Levels in Patients with Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective To explore the impact of Kuntai capsule combined with progesterone on sex hormone levels in patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 126 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into two groups,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone,and the observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule combined with progesterone.The scores of symptoms of Kidney Yin Deficiency and the levels of sex hormones before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of treatment,the scores of sweating,insomnia,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,tinnitus and five feverish centres in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the serum FSH and LH levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the E2 level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Kuntai capsule combined with progesterone can effectively improve the symptoms of Kidney Yin Deficiency of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding,and regulate sex hormone levels of patients.
