CT在空洞型肺结核诊断中的应用

目的探讨分析CT在空洞型肺结核诊断中的应用价值。方法本组58例肺结核患者分别给予X线和CT影像学检查,对比58例肺结核患者的X线、CT影像表现,并进行统计学分析。结果本组58例中X线平片显示41个空洞,CT显示89个;X线显示空洞引起肺内支气管播散9例,CT显示19例;X线平片显示空洞周围卫星病灶37例,CT显示57例;X线显示结核空洞外侧胸膜增厚4例,CT显示8例;X线无1例显示纵隔内及肺门旁淋巴结肿大,CT显示纵隔内及肺门旁淋巴结肿大3例,少量胸腔积液5例。统计学显示二者存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论CT在空洞型肺结核诊断中作用大,其诊断肺结核准确率明显优于X线平片。

Application of CT in Diagnosis of Cavitary Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To investigate and analyze the application of CT in the diagnosis of cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 58 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in this study were given X ray and CT imaging examination,compared with 58 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis X-ray,CT imaging performance,to analyze statistically.Results The 58 patients in X-ray showed 41 cavity,CT showed 89;X-ray showed 9 cases because of bronchial spread caused by cavity,CT showed 19 cases;X-ray showed an cavity surrounding satellite lesions in 37 cases,CT showed 57 cases;X ray showed pleural thickening of the outer hollow tuberculosis in 4 cases,CT showed 8 cases;X-ray showed no one case of mediastinal lymph nodes within the lung door,CT showed mediastinal lymph nodes within the lung door in 3 cases,a small amount of pleural effusion in 5 cases.Statistics showed there was significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion CT takes an important role in the diagnosis of cavitary pulmonary tuberculosis,which diagnostic accuracy of tuberculosis is significantly better than that of X-ray film.
