| 摘 要： | 目的探讨关节镜下可吸收螺钉治疗儿童前交叉韧带止点撕脱性骨折的手术方法。方法2008年3月～2009年6月对12例儿童前交叉韧带止点撕脱性骨折在关节镜监视下复位,用可吸收螺钉固定。结果12例骨折复位满意,固定可靠,术后随访6～12个月,X片提示骨折全部愈合,关节功能良好。结论关节镜下可吸收螺钉治疗儿童前交叉韧带止点撕脱性骨折,手术方法简单、可靠,创伤小,可避免再次手术。

Treatment of Avulsion Fracture of Tibial Eminence in Children with Absorbable Screws under Arthroscopy |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a new devised arthroscopically surgical treatment method for avulsion frature of tibial emi-nence.Methods 12 cases of new avulsion frature of tibial eminence were treated with absorbable screws arthroscopically.Results All pa-tients were followed up fo 6 to 12 months with average 10 months.The clinical results were proved to be satisfied radiographically,demon-strating the excellent reduction in all cases.Conclusion The microtrauma arthroscopic surgical treatment of avulsion fratcture of tibial emi-nence with absorbable screws can provide firm fixation. |
