卵巢癌中转化生长因子β及其受体表达与病理特征的关系

摘    要:目的探讨卵巢癌中转化生长因子β(TGF-β)及其受体的表达与病理特征的关系及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测原发性上皮性卵巢癌患者59例、35例良性卵巢肿瘤及32例正常卵巢组织中TGF-β及其受体的阳性表达,分析卵巢癌组织中TGF-β及其受体的阳性表达与组织类型、分度、分级以及是否出现淋巴结转移之间的相关性。结果卵巢癌患者组织中TGF-β1阳性率明显高于正常对照组和良性对照组(P<0.05),卵巢癌患者组织中TβR-Ⅰ阳性率低于正常对照组和良性对照组(P<0.05);卵巢癌组织中TGF-β1的表达与组织类型无相关性,而与分级、淋巴结转移呈现正相关。结论卵巢癌组织中TGF-β1阳性表达率明显高于正常对照组和良性卵巢瘤,表明TGF-β1始终参与并促进恶变的发展,TGF-β1的表达与组织类型和分型无相关性,而与分级和是否出现淋巴结转移呈现正相关。

Abstract:Objective To detect the relations of expression and pathological features of transforming growth factor β and its receptor in ovarian cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was performed to detect the expression of TGF-β and its receptor in 59 cases of primary epithelial ovarian cancer, 35 cases of benign ovarian tumor and 32 cases of normal ovarian tissue. The relationships between them and tissue types, indexing, grading, the appearances of lymph node metastases were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that in normal control group and positive control group (P <0.05). The positive expression rate of T βR-Ⅰin ovarian cancer was lower than the normal control group and positive control group (P <0.05). There was no correlation between expression of TGF-β1 in ovarian cancer and tissue types, but positive correlation with grading and appearance of lymph node metastasis. Conclusions The positive expression rate of TGF-β1 in ovarian cancer is significantly higher than that in normal control group and positive control group, which shows that TGF-β1 has always been involved in and promoted malignant transformation. There is no correlation between expression of TGF-β1 in ovarian cancer and tissue types, but positive correlation with grading and whether the appearance of lymph node metastases effected or not.
