纤维乳管镜在乳头溢液疾病中的应用

目的探讨纤维乳管镜在乳头溢液疾病中的应用。方法对在我院行纤维乳管镜检查的128例乳头溢液患者的资料进行回顾性分析。用纤维乳管镜对乳头溢液的患者进行检查,观察溢液乳管及其分支的管腔和管壁的结构,发现并确定病灶位置,记录病变导管的形态特征,对可疑病例定位切除送病理检查确诊。结果 128例患者中占位性病变74例,镜下诊断为乳头状瘤57例,乳头状瘤病6例,乳腺导管癌11例。手术54例。结论纤维乳管镜可以明确乳头溢液的病因及病变部位,有利于提高乳头溢液病因诊断的准确性,避免一些不必要的手术、减少手术创伤,并且有利于早期发现乳腺癌。

Application of Breast Fiberoptic Duct Endoscopy for Abnormal Nipple Discharge

Objective To explore the application of breast fiberoptic duct endoscopy for abnormal nipple discharge.Methods The data of 128 cases admitted between 2009 and 2010 in the Affiliated People's Hospital of Jiangsu University were analyzed retrospectively.All of the cases were examined by breast fiberoptic duct endoscope to investigate concerned duct with its branch and to define location and characters of intraductal lesions.The core biopsy was used for diagnosis of suspected lesions.Results Intraductal space occupying lesions were found in seventy four cases.Fifty senven cases were diagnosed as papilloma by breast fiberoptic duct endoscopy.Six cases were diagnosed as papillomatosis.Eleven cases were diagnosed as breast cancer.Fifty four cases were operated.Conclusion Breast fiberoptic duct endoscopy can confirm etiological factors and locate accurate site of nipple discharge so as to improve diagnostic accuracy of abnormal nipple discharge,avoid some unnecessary operation,decrease the injury of operation and find breast cancer earlier.
