脊柱骨折的X线与CT影像学诊断价值比较

摘    要:目的探讨脊柱骨折的X线与CT影像学诊断价值对比情况。方法 40例临床诊断为脊柱压缩性骨折的病人分别采用CT与X线诊断,观察诊断征象与评分。结果 CT诊断骨折40例,全部诊断成功;X线平片诊断32例,诊断成功率80.0%。X线平片可疑骨折线4例经CT确诊;可疑附件骨折4例经CT确诊;2例可疑骨折片突入椎管经CT确诊。X线平片与CT平均评分分别为8.5±1.6和11.4±1.5,两组之间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脊柱骨折的CT影像学诊断价值相对比较高,但是对于轻度骨折的患者,因多不需手术治疗,可首选X线检查;对于重度脊柱骨折患者,应采用CT诊断。

Abstract:Objective To study the comparison of diagnostic value of X-ray and CT imaging of spinal fractures.Methods 40 patients with vertebral compression fractures were diagnosed by CT and X-ray,the diagnostic signs and scores were observed.Results CT diagnosis of fracture of 40 cases,all the diagnosis was successful;X-ray diagnosis of 32 cases,the diagnostic success rate was 80.0%.4 cases of suspected fractures of X-ray line were diagnosed by CT;4 cases of suspicious attachments fractures were diagnosed by CT;2 cases of suspected fracture of films which broke into the spinal canal were diagnosed by CT.The average score of X-ray and CT was 8.5 ± 1.6 and 11.4 ± 1.5,there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of CT imaging of spinal fractures is relatively high,but for patients with mild fractures,because they do not need surgical treatment,X-ray examination can be the first choice,the patients with severe spinal fractures shall be diagnosed by CT.
