曲美他嗪治疗老年心力衰竭的疗效和安全性分析

摘    要:目的评价曲美他嗪治疗老年心力衰竭的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取2011年5月至2013年7月我院收治的老年心力衰竭患者97例,随机分为两组,其中观察组49例,在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪,对照组48例,仅采用常规治疗,3个月后观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、心功能改善情况及药物毒副反应发生情况。结果观察组临床疗效与心功能改善情况均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪治疗老年心力衰竭的临床疗效好,患者心脏功能改善明显,无不良反应,值得在临床上予以推广。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of trimetazidine in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure. Methods 97 elderly patients with heart failure in our hospital from May 2011 to July 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 48 cases of control group were treated with routine therapy, while 49 cases of observation group were treated with trimetazidine on the basis of routine therapy. The clinical efficacy, improvement of cardiac function and drug induced adverse reaction were observed after 3 months of therapy and compared between two groups. Results The clinical efficacy and improvements of cardiac function of observation group were significantly better than those of control group, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions Trimetazidine has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of senile heart failure. It can improve cardiac function, without adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
