5A护理模式结合精细化护理在腰椎间盘突出症围术期的应用价值

目的 探讨5A护理模式结合精细化护理在腰椎间盘突出症围术期的应用价值。方法 选择2019年3月至2021年3月我院收治的110例腰椎间盘突出症围术期患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各55例。对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用5A护理模式结合精细化护理,对比两组的围术期相关指标及并发症发生率。结果 试验组的进食时间、下床活动时间、排气时间、排便时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 5A护理模式结合精细化护理能够改善腰椎间盘突出症患者围术期临床症状,降低并发症发生率,改善患者预后,值得临床推广。

Application Value of 5A Nursing Mode Combined with Fine Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective To explore the application value of 5A nursing mode combined with fine nursing in the perioperative period of lumbar disc herniation.Methods 110 cases of patients with lumbar disc herniation in the perioperative period admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group was treated with 5A nursing mode combined with fine nursing.The perioperative related indicators and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The feeding time,out-of-bed activity time,exhaust time,defecation time and hospitalization time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions 5A nursing mode combined with fine nursing can improve the perioperative clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
