厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效及对患者血管内皮功能和炎性因子的改善效果

目的探讨厄贝沙坦治疗高血压合并冠心病的疗效及对患者血管内皮功能和炎性因子的改善效果。方法150例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为两组各75例,对照组采用硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组在此基础上辅以厄贝沙坦片治疗,两组均治疗12周,比较两组的临床疗效、血管内皮功能和炎性因子。结果观察组的总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的74.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的NO显著高于对照组,ET-1、CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦辅助治疗高血压合并冠心病,有助于进一步控制患者的血压,改善心功能和血管内皮功能,抑制炎性因子释放。

The Efficacy of Irbesartan in the Treatment of Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease and the Improvement Effects on Patients’Vascular Endothelial Function and Inflammatory Factors

Objective To explore the efficacy of irbesartan in the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease and the improvement effects on patients’vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factors.Methods 150 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nifedipine sustained-release tablets,and the observation group was supplemented with irbesartan tablets on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,vascular endothelial function and inflammatory factors were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.00%,significantly higher than 74.67%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,NO of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and ET-1,CRP,IL-6,and TNF-αwere significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Irbesartan for adjuvant treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease helps to further control patients’blood pressure,improve cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,and inhibit the release of inflammatory factors.
