强化护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼衰无创机械通气中的应用效果分析

目的研究观察强化护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼衰无创机械通气中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼衰患者的临床资料,均进行无创机械通气治疗,根据是否实施强化护理干预随机分为强化护理干预组与常规护理组各45例,比较两组患者呼吸纠正时间、住院天数、满意度和治疗效果。结果强化护理干预组的患者呼吸纠正时间、住院时间少于常规护理组,而患者的满意度、治疗效果优于常规护理组,均P<0.05。结论强化护理干预应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼衰无创机械通气治疗可以有效地提高治疗效果,减少住院时间,并且有利于医患关系的改善。

Analysis on the Effect of Strengthening Nursing Intervention of Noninvasive Mechanical Ventilation in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Complicated with Type Ⅱ Respiratory Failure

Objective To explore the clinical effect of strengthening nursing intervention in noninvasive mechanical ventilation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with COPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were treated with noninvasive mechanical ventilation, and divided into the strengthening nursing intervention group and the routine nursing group. The differences of respiratory corrected time, length of hospital stay and curative effect between two groups were observed. Results The respiratory corrected time and length of hospital stay of strengthening nursing intervention group were significantly fewer than those of control group, and the patients＇ satisfaction degree and curative effect were significantly better than those of control group; All P〈0.05. Conclusions For patients with COPD complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure treated with noninvasive mechanical ventilation, strengthening nursing intervention can effectively improve the curative effect, reduce the length of hospital stay and improve the relationship of physician-patient.
