应用TOPSIS法与RSR法综合评价南通市儿童免疫接种率

目的综合评价2002-2012年南通市儿童计划免疫基础免疫状况,为有效提高免疫接种工作质量提供依据。方法采用TOPSIS法和RSR法相结合,运用SPSS 21.0软件,分析南通市儿童计划免疫基础接种率。结果南通市2002-2012年出生儿童的基础免疫各疫苗剂次接种率均95%,达到免疫规划相关工作要求;基础免疫接种率总体上呈上升趋势;小年龄组起始接种月龄早的疫苗剂次接种率高于起始接种月龄较晚的疫苗接种剂次接种率。结论南通市2002-2012年出生儿童基础免疫接种率保持在较高水平,接种率呈增长趋势,起始接种月龄相对较晚的疫苗接种不及时现象明显。

Comprehensive evaluation on children＇s immunization rates in Nantong by TOPSIS and RSR methods

Objective To evaluate current situation of fundamental immunization for children in Nantong comprehensively from 2002 to 2012; to provide evidence for improving quality of planned immunization effectively. Methods TOPSIS and RSR methods were combined in this study; SPSS 21. 0 software was employed for analysis of fundamental vaccination rates of planned immunization for children. Results Inoculation rates of all vaccines included in fundamental immunization 〉95% from 2002 to 2012 in Nantong, which satisfied project requirements. Inoculation rates of fundamental immunization included in planned immunization showed an increasing trend; vaccination rates for vaccines inoculated at earlier month ages were higher. Conclusion The fundamental immunization rates for children born in Nantong from 2002 to 2012 was maintained at a high level. Inoculation rates showed an increasing trend. However, delayed vaccination was common for vaccines inoculated at elder month ages.
