2007—2010年南通市儿童青少年死因分析和减寿评估

目的了解南通市儿童青少年死亡情况,为制定防治对策和有效干预措施提供依据。方法对南通市2007—2010年5～19岁儿童青少年死亡资料进行分析。结果 2007—2010年南通市5～19岁儿童青少年年均死亡率19.50/10万,标化死亡率19.95/10万,死因构成和潜在减寿年数(PYLL)、前五位死因顺位皆为损伤中毒、肿瘤、神经系统疾病、先天性疾病、循环系统疾病。结论损伤中毒和肿瘤是南通市5～19岁儿童青少年健康的主要危险因素,应加强预防,促进儿童青少年的身心健康发展。

Analysis and evaluation on the causes of death and PYLL among adolescents in Nantong during 2007-2010

Objective To understand the death causes of adolescents in Nantong and to provide the evidence for formulating comprehensive prevention and effective interventions. Methods The data of death causes among adolescents aged 5N 19 years in Nantong from 2007 to 2010 were analyzed. Results The crude mortality rate of adolescents aged 5N 19 years in Nantong from 2007 to 2010 was 19.50/100 000, the standard mortality rate was 19.95/100 000. The proportion of death causes,PYLL and the top five causes of death in order were injury ~ poisoning, tumors, nervous system diseases, congenital diseases and circulatory system diseases. Conclusion Injury ~ poisoning and tumors were the major risk factors among adolescents aged 5 19 years in Nantong. Therefore, effective measures should be taken to strengthen the preventive force and promote the de- velopment of comprehensive mental and physical pediatric care.
