江苏省食源性非伤寒沙门菌疾病负担

目的了解江苏省食源性非伤寒沙门菌的感染负担。方法对江苏省食源性疾病哨点医院2010年7月-2011年6月主动监测和社区人群调查结果,综合急性胃肠炎发病率及各项乘数,获得食源性非伤寒沙门菌的发病率。结果全省累计采集2 328例食源性疑似病例粪便或者肛拭标本,检出非伤寒沙门菌阳性菌株22株;全省调查10 959人,急性胃肠炎的月患病率为4.7%,年发病率为0.63次/人年;推算出江苏省沙门菌的食源性感染发病率为560/10万。结论非伤寒沙门菌食源性感染是江苏省重要的疾病负担之一,应加强以实验室为基础的主动监测系统。

Burden of foodborne illness caused by non typhoidal Salmonella infections in Jiangsu,2010-2011

Objective To estimate the burden of foodborne illness caused by non typhoidal Salmonella infections in Jiangsu. Methods The data were collected from sentinel hospitals active surveillance and community survey of acute gastrointestinal ill ness （AGI） between July 2010 and June 2011. These multipliers were used to estimate the incidence of foodborne illness caused by non typhoidal Salmonella infections in Jiangsu. Results A total 2 328 stool or rectal swab specimens were collected from suspected foodborne cases, 22 yielded non typhoidal Salmonella; 10 959 persons enrolled this survey, the adjusted monthly prevalence of AGI was 4.7% with 0.63 AGI episodes/person per year it was estimated that the incidence of non typhoidat Sal monella was 560 cases/100 000 population during 2010-2011. Conclusions It indicates that non typhoidal Salmonellosis pres ents one of a major ongoing burden to public health in Jiangsu. Additionally, the laboratorybased active surveillance should be strengthened and established in Jiangsu Province.
