2000--2007年济南市历城区部分儿童预防接种证卡管理情况调查

目的]了解历城区儿童计划免疫预防接种证管理现状。方法]采用WHO推荐的PPS抽样方法，对济南市历城区2000年1月1日至2007年11月出生的常住儿童1762名进行预防接种证卡管理情况调查。结果]共调查2000~2007年11月出生儿童1722名，建证、建卡率均为为100．00％；接种证卡符合率为97．77％；接种证涂改率为19．92％；填写完整率为97．44％；不同年份出生儿童接种证填写完整率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；出生1个月内办理接种证的儿童占66．23％。结论]济南市历城区儿童建证（卡）率保持较高水平，证（卡）管理较为规范，但建证（卡）及时率未达到100％要求。今后应采用信息化等手段提高建证（卡）及时率，进一步规范接种证（卡）的管理。

Survey on Management of Chilidren＇s Vaccination Certificates and Cards in Licheng District of Ji＇nan City from 2000 to 2007

Objective]To understand the children＇s EPI vaccination certificate management status in Licheng district of Ji＇nan. Methods]PPS sampling method recommended by WHO was used, a total of 1 762 children born between January 1,2000 to November 2007 were surveyed. Results]In Licheng district, the buliding certificate rate and the building card rate were both 100% in the surveyed children; the coincidence rate of the vaccination certificate and card was 97.77 %; the vaccination certificate altered rate was 19.92 %; the rate of vaccination certificate filled in the full was 97.44 %, which existed statistical significance between children born in different years （ P 〈0.05） ; the children building vaccination certificate within one month after birth accounted for 66.23 %. Conclusion]The buliding certificate（card） rate maintains a high level in Licheng district of Ji＇nan. The vaccination certificates （cards） management are more standardized, however, the timely buliding certificate （card） rate is less than 100% ,so information technology and other means should be used in the future to improve the timely building certificate （card） rate,and to further standardize vaccination certificate （card） management.
