2009年周口市法定传染病网络直报信息质量评价

目的]评价2009年周口市传染病网络报告信息质量，为进一步提高报告信息质量提供科学依据。方法]根据国家《传染病疫情网络直报系统质量评价指标及统计规则》对周口市2009年传染病网络直报信息质量进行评价。结果]2009年周口市10个县（市、区）的医疗卫生机构合计报告传染病报告卡39232张，其中未及时报告的58张，未及时报告率为0．15％，除项城市外的9个县（市、区）均有报告未及时卡；预防控制中心平均未及时审核率为0．11％；重卡率为0．00％；县区零缺报率为0．00％；评价综合指数为0．07％，各县（市、区）为0．00％～0．19％。结论]周口市2009年法定传染病疫情网络直报信息质量较好。

Quality Evaluation on the Information of Notifiable Infectious Diseases by Direct Network Report System in Zhoukou City in 2009

Objective]Fo evaluate the quality of the information of notifiable infectious diseases by direct network report system in Zhoukou in 2009,to provide scientific basis for the improvement of the quality of the information. Methods]Evaluation on the quality of the information of notifiable infectious diseases by direct network report system in Zhoukou in 2009 was conducted based on the national＂ Index of the evaluation on the quality of the information of notifiable infectious diseases by direct network report system and statistical rule＂. Results] 39 232 cards of infectious diseases were delivered from medical institutes in 10 counties and districts in 2009. Of them 58 cards reported not timely, accounting for 0.15%. There were no timely report cards in other 9 counties and districts,The average no timely check rate was 0. 11% in CDC, the rate of repeated card was 0.00 %. The missing report rate was 0.00 % and the general index of the evaluation was 0.07% ,the range was from 0.00% to 0.19% in counties and districts. Conclusion]The quality of information of notifiable infectious diseases by direct network report system in Zhoukou in 2009 was better.
