山东某化工企业职业病危害因素现状调查

目的]了解某化工企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素,以保护从业人员的身体健康。方法]2009年11月对该化工企业职业病危害作业现场进行调查、采样检测及分析。结果]粉尘、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、硫化氢、氨、甲醇、尿素和噪声是该厂主要的职业病危害因素。检测发现粉尘浓度（1.2～9.6mg/m3）、一氧化碳浓度（4.1～52.6mg/m3）、二氧化硫浓度（3.9～12.7mg/m3）和氨浓度（2.3～39.2mg/m3）均有不同程度的超标,二氧化碳浓度（775～1517mg/m3）、甲醇浓度（2.0～9.1mg/m3）、尿素浓度（1.6～7.4mg/m3）均符合国家卫生标准要求,噪声强度（〈85dB（A））均符合国家卫生标准要求。结论]该化工企业职业病危害因素某些指标偏高,应着重改善作业环境,提高防护措施,控制有害因素的浓度和强度,防止职业病的发生。

Investigation on Present Status of Occupational Hazard Factors in a Chemical Enterprise in Shandong

Objective] To understand the occupational hazard factors in the production process in a chemical enterprise and protect the health of workers.Methods]In November a field survey was conducted on occupational hazard in the factory by sample collecting and analysis.Results]The main occupational hazard factors in the factory included dust,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,sulfur dioxide,hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,methanol,urea and noise.The detection indicated that the indicators of dust（1.2-9.6 mg/m3）,carbon monoxide（4.1-52.6 mg/m3）,sulfur dioxide（3.9-12.7 mg/m3）and ammonia（2.3-39.2 mg/m3）exceeded the standard limit,carbon dioxide（775-1517 mg/m3）,methanol（2.0-9.1 mg/m3）and urea（1.6-7.4 mg/m3）were up to the national health standards,noise intensity（less than 85 dB（A）were also up to the national health standards.Conclusion]The indicators of some occupational hazard factors are high in this factory.It is necessary to improve the working environment,increase the protection degree and control the density and intensity of occupational hazard factors to prevent occupational disease.
