2009年周口市1～18岁人群乙型肝炎病毒感染与免疫水平调查

目的]全面了解周口市健康人群乙肝病毒感染状况及乙肝抗体保护水平,为下一步开展乙肝防治提供科学依据。方法]2009年9月,在周口市所辖各县（市、区）抽取城乡部分1～18岁人群进行血清学调查。结果]调查2449人,HBsAg阳性率为2.29%,其中1～4岁为1.28%,5～9岁为1.78%,10～14岁为2.14%,15～18岁为4.00%（P〈0.01）;各个县（市、区）为0.82%～3.29%（P〉0.05）;城区为1.35%,农村为2.75%（P〈0.05）。抗-HBs阳性率为81.18%,其中1～4岁为90.22%,5～9岁为85.25%,10～14岁为80.92%,15～18岁为67.83%（P〈0.01）;各县（市、区）为74.58%～86.59%（P〈0.05）;城区为85.47%,农村为79.05%（P〈0.01）。结论]目前周口市1～18岁人群乙肝病毒感染水平较低,乙肝免疫水平较高。

Survey on Levels of Hepatitis B Virus Infection and Immunity among Population aged 1-18 in Zhoukou City in 2009

Objective]To understand the levels of Hepatitis B virus infection and immunity among healthy people in order to provide scientific basis for future work of hepatitis B prevention and control.Methods]In September 2009,serological survey was carried out among 1-18 years old population sampled from urban and rural residents in Zhoukou city.Results]Among 2 449 surveyed,the positive rate of HBsAg was 2.29 %,with rate 1.28% in age group 1-4,1.78% in age group 5-9,2.14% in age group 10-14,4.00% in age group 15-18;and rate from 0.82% to 3.29% in every county without significant difference（P〉0.05）;and rate 1.35% in urban,2.75% in rural with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of anti-HBs was 81.18 %,with rate 90.22% in age group 1-4,85.25% in age group 5-9,80.92% in age group 10-14,67.83% in age group 15-18（P〈0.01）;and rate from 74.58% to 86.59% in every county（P〉0.05）;and rate 85.47% in urban,79.05% in rural（P〈0.01）.Conclusion]Currently the level of hepatitis B infection is low and the level of hepatitis B immunization is high among population 1-18 years old in Zhoukou city.
