| 摘 要： | 新医改方案首次提出了向全民提供均等化基本公共卫生服务的目标,疾病预防控制机构是公共卫生服务的重要提供者之一,面临实现公共卫生服务均等化的良好机遇和重大挑战。本文结合疾病预防控制机构公共卫生服务均等化现状,剖析疾控机构实现公共卫生服务均等化存在的问题,提出了以公众健康为导向,强化服务意识;以公共资源为基本保障,落实稳定发展;以社会动员为主要方法,注重合作协调的发展策略,为疾病预防控制机构实现公共卫生服务均等化提供参考意见。
