Taking Each Year's Theme Activity as an Opportunity, Comprehensively Promoting the Development of Hospital Culture

It is of great importance to do well in the development of hospital culture for applying the principles of "Taking the patient as the focus and serving the people whole - heartedly" and upgrading the medical service quality. This paper, starting from the concept and component elements of hospital culture, stated the designing and implementing the theme activities of ev-ery year and the remarkable achievements in culture development achieved in author's hospital. It is hoped that their experience could be taking for reference by other hospitals.
