院长要主动适应医改新形势

中央医改文件为公立医院的改革指明了方向,针对目前大多数医院不同程度存在的药品管理问题突出、诱导过度医疗消费、“适宜技术”把握不当、医疗服务质量群众不够满意、运行机制缺乏活力等主要问题,院长们要认真学习和深刻理解医改文件精神,把思想统一到中央的决策部署上来;进一步深化改革,着力解决与“医改意见”不相符合的突出问题;切实加强医院的基础管理,为深化医院改革练好内功。

Presidents Should Conform to the New Situation of Health Care System Reform on Their Own Initiative

The document "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Health Care System Reform" has pointed out the direction to the reform of public hospitals. Focusing on some major problems what the most of hospitals have presently at certain degree, such as poor pharmaceutical management, the inducement of over-consumption of medical services, the improper application of "Appropriate Technology", the unsatisfied at the quality of medical services by the public as well as the lack of the dynamics of the operating mechanism, the presidents of the public hospitals should study and have a better understanding about the essence of "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Health Care System Reform" and mnify their thoughts in pursuing the decisions made by the CPC Central Committee, should further deepen the reform and emphatically resolve the prominent problems not conformed to "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Health Care System Reform', and should earnestly strengthen the fundamental management of the hospitals and raise the capabilities for deepening hospital reform.
