江苏省卫Ⅺ项目第三领域五年工作经验与启示

2009-2013年江苏省有6个县参加卫XI项目。通过深入调研,确定农村卫生主要问题,针对问题优选,明确主体目标,探索卫生服务创新机制,坚持检测评价,保证项目活动质量。启示：（1）完善基本卫生服务创新机制是项目开展追求的目标;（2）坚持政府主导、部门联动、全员参与是项目有效开展的组织保证;（3）提升公共卫生服务能力是项目开展的技术保证。

The Experiences and Enlightenments of Field Ⅲ of Health Ⅺ Project of the Past 5 Years in Jiangsu Province

There were 6 counties in Jiangsu Province which took part in Health XI Project during 2009 to 2013. On the bases of a thorough investigation,the key problems in rural healthcare were defined,the main target was determined and optimized according to the problems,the new mechanism of health services has been explored and,examination and assessment persisted,so as to ensure the quality of the Project activities. Enlightenments：（ 1） It is the pursuing goal of the Project to improve the basic health services.（ 2） The government guidance,coordination of different departments and the involvement of the whole population. Are the organizational guarantee of efficiently developing the Project,（ 3） To upgrade the public health service capabilityies is the technical guarantee of the Project.
