6168例肝癌患者住院费用影响因素的通径分析

目的:探讨影响肝癌病人住院费用的主要因素,为合理控制医疗费用的过快增长并减轻患者经济负担提供理论依据。方法:通过对江苏省南通市两家医院2005—2010年6年共计6 168例肝癌患者进行通径分析研究其住院费用的影响因素。结果:住院日是直接影响住院费用的最主要因素,出院情况、住院年份和有无并发症影响住院费用不仅存在直接效应而且存在间接效应,且出院情况影响住院费用的效应为负相关。年龄、费用负担形式通过住院日间接影响住院费用。结论:住院日和出院情况是影响住院费用作用较大的因子,政府、医疗机构和医疗保险机构应协同努力,采取综合措施,有效控制患者住院费用的过快增长。

Pathway Analysis of The Hospitalization Expense Influencing Factors of The 6168 Liver Cancer Patients

Objective:To explore the main influencing factors of the hospitalization expense of liver cancer patients and provide the theoretic evidences for the reasonable control of the unduly rapid increase of medical expense and reducing patients’ burden.Methods:We investigated the 6168 liver cancer patients of two hospitals from 2005 to 2010 in Nantong,Jiangsu Province,and analyzed the influencing factors of the hospitalization expense by pathway analysis method.Results:Hospital stay is the critical influencing factor which can directly effect on the hospitalization expense.Medical results,the year of medical treatment and complications do not only have direct effects but also have indirect effects to the hospitalization expense.And medical results negatively affect the hospitalization expense.Both the patients’ages and the expense payment forms influenced the hospitalization expense indirectly.Conclusion:Hospital stay and medical results are the two main factors affect the hospitalization expense.Comprehensive measures should be taken to control the growth of patients’hospitalization expense by government,medical institution and medical insurance organizations together.
