浙江省四个发达地区乡镇卫生院经济运行情况调查分析

目的:了解浙江省4个发达地区乡镇卫生院经济业务运行情况。方法:从4个经济发达县市中随机选取53家乡镇卫生院,对其财政投入、财务收支以及医疗业务等指标进行调查分析。结果:2010年乡镇卫生院总收入增加了8.13%,但总收支结余减少了87.54%;2010年公共卫生服务经费占政府财政投入的比例为28.45%;2009年门急诊人次数增加了5.94%,2010年增加了11.99%。结论:乡镇卫生院收入结构不合理,公共卫生服务经费投入不足,应建立科学长效的补偿机制。

Investigation and analysis on the running conditions of economic transaction of township hospitals in four developed regions in Zhejiang Province

Objective:To understand the running conditions of economic transaction of township hospitals in 4 developed regions. Methods:Randomly selecting S3 township hospitals from 4 developed cities and counties,and analyzing the financial input,financial revenue and expenditure,medical business indexes.Results:The total income of township hospitals increased by 8.13%,but total medical revenue and expenditure decreased by 87.54%;the public health service funds account for 28.45%of the financial input in 2010;the number of out-hospital patients increased by 5.94%in 2009,increased by 11.99%in 2010.Conclusions:The income structure of township hospitals was unreasonable,the public health service founds input was insufficient,so scientific and long-acting compensation mechanism should be build up.
