医疗保障水平是医疗保障研究领域的关键变量,但目前学术界对医疗保障水平界定不准确。医疗保障水平应为城镇医疗保险、新型农村合作医疗以及医疗救助支出总额占国内生产总值的百分比。我国的医疗保障水平与经济发展水平相适应,但与发达国家相比仍有差距。

Measurement and Analysis of Health Security Level

Health security level is a key variable in health security researching.But academics can not define health security level accurately.Health security level is the proportion of the total expenditure of the urban health insurance,the new-type rural cooperative medical system and the medicaid system in GDP.Health security level adapts to economic development level,but there is still a gap on health security level between China and developed countries.
