中医药在医保医疗服务管理中存在的问题与对策

中医药纳入全民医保,扩大了医保的覆盖面,提高医保基金保障能力,促进了"看病难,看病贵"难题的解决,同时促进了中医药的发展及相关产业的振兴。然而,当前我国医保体系的医疗服务管理政策直接援引有关部门已出台的相关政策,而这些政策在一定程度上制约了中医药特色的发挥。文章就中医药在医疗保险医疗服务范围管理中存在的一些问题进行了探讨,并提出了相关对策和建议。

The Existing Problems of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Medical Services Management of Medical Insurance and the Countermeasures

Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) being included into universal health insurance expands the coverage of medical insurance,improves the fund support capacity,speeds up the solution of "Poor access and high fee in China’s health system",and promotes the development of TCM and prosperity of related industries.However,at present,many policies of medical service management of medical insurance system are quoted directly from the related policies that have been published,which to a certain extent,have restricted the express of Chinese medical characteristics.The article is about to discuss the problems,which exist in TCM in medical service management of medical insurance,and put forward the countermeasures.
