| 摘 要： | 利用陕西省国家第四次卫生服务调查数据,采用特征分数配比法对新型农村合作医疗参保和未参保居民进行匹配,进而比较分析了参保和未参保居民卫生服务利用的总体差别以及在不同级别医疗机构就诊的差别,评价了我国新型农村合作医疗制度对于改善农村居民卫生服务可及性的效果.

| Abstract: | The study employed the data from the forth National Health Service Survey in Shanxi Province.After matching the residents enrolled and not enrolled in NCMS with the method of Propensity Score Matching(PSM),we compared the difference of general health service utilization and the difference of health service utilization in different level medical institutions between the residents enrolled and not enrolled in NCMS.The effects of NCMS on rural residents’ health care access were discussed. |
