| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨城市医疗救助对象的疾病经济负担的影响因素。方法:调查1200名城市医疗救助对象的社会人口学特征、健康状况和疾病经济负担等,构造多元线性回归模型对疾病经济风险的影响因素进行探讨。结果:医疗救助对象家庭人均月收入为332.12元,月人均医疗支出为110.47元,疾病相对经济风险度Y/S0.33。以Ln(Y/S)为应变量进行多元线性回归分析,是否住院和人均月收入是有统计学意义的自变量,其偏回归系数分别为1.045和-0.001,P0.01。结论:城市医疗救助对象的疾病经济负担和风险高,影响疾病经济风险最主要因素是是否住院,其次是人均月收入。
