| 摘 要： | 基本公共卫生服务均等化是国家"新医改"方案中近期实施的一项重要内容,其难点在于实现城乡基本公共卫生服务的"均等化"。北京作为国家的首都,提出要在全国"率先形成城乡经济社会发展一体化新格局"的目标。因此,评价北京城乡基本公共卫生服务均等化的现状,对北京市贯彻落实"新医改"方案和实现城乡一体化的目标具有非常重要的意义。
