| 摘 要： | 目的:就医疗服务价格调整的基本原则进行探讨,并提出动态调整机制的模型,以期为国家医疗保障局制定医疗服务价格动态调整机制提供借鉴。方法:本研究基于文献回顾法及访谈调研法,结合我国医疗服务价格调整的历史背景及目前医疗价格进行分析。结果:提出了操作性较强的医疗服务价格动态调整机制的模型,及动态调整工作应遵循"公益、平衡、系统、动态"的原则。结论:建立医疗服务价格动态调整机制,坚持公立医院公益性,保障公立医院良性发展。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the basic principles of medical service price adjustment,and put forward a model of dynamic adjustment mechanism,in order to provide references for the National Medical Security Bureau to formulate the dynamic adjustment mechanism of medical service prices.Methods:Based on literature review and interviews,it analyzed the historical background and current medical price adjustment in China.Results:The model of dynamic adjustment mechanism of medical service price with strong operability was put forward,and the principle of"public welfare,balance,system and dynamic"should be followed in dynamic adjustment.Conclusion:The dynamic adjustment mechanism of medical service price should be established,the public welfare of public hospitals should be upheld,and the healthy development of public hospitals should be guaranteed. |
