| 摘 要： | 为探索如何将国家层面对三级公立医院的绩效考评指标体系与医院内部的管理会计考核机制相结合,从而厘清绩效考评体系下公立医院运营管理的实施路径,文章对公立医院绩效考评指标的框架进行了设计和层次分析,建立了公立医院管理会计在绩效考评模式下的实施路径,并针对绩效考评体系下公立医院实施运营管理提出了几点建议。
