| 摘 要： | 医保支付方式改革是构建分级诊疗就医格局的重要抓手。通过梳理国内典型地区在构建“四个分开”的分级诊疗就医格局时有关医保支付方式改革领域的具体实践,同时对医保支付方式改革的局限性进行深入分析,提出加快构建分级诊疗格局的医保支付改革的政策建议,助推“十四五”期间分级诊疗体系建设的高质量发展。

| Abstract: | The reform of medical insurance payment method is an important starting point for building hierarchical diagnosis. By sorting out the specific practices in the field of medical insurance payment reform in the construction of the "four separate" hierarchical diagnosis in typical domestic regions, it makes an in-depth analysis of the limitations of the medical insurance payment reform, and proposes ways to speed up the construction of a hierarchical diagnosis, so as to help the high-quality development of the construction of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. |
