| 摘 要： | 文章对目前国内外宏观卫生筹资系统进行分析,讨论了当前各国所采用的几种典型的卫生筹资模式,并回顾了我国宏观卫生筹资政策改革的历程。通过比较不同筹资模式的特点与绩效,为今后我国构建持续、有效和公平的卫生筹资系统提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the health-financing system at home and abroad, the study discusses several types of classic health-financing models, and reviews the process of the health-financing policy innovation in China. By comparing the characteristics and performances among different health-financing models, the study provides the theoretical evidence for building the sustainable, effective, and stable health-financing system in future. |
