| 摘 要： | 通过对世界银行贷款中国农村卫生发展项目管理理念、资金管理模式和传统资金管理模式的对比分析,总结提炼出项目资金管理模式可能存在的风险因素,包括道德风险因素、预算调整风险因素、监管风险因素和合谋风险因素等,最后对加强和改进项目资金管理提出了合理建议。

| Abstract: | Project management concepts and fund management modes on World Bank Loan/Department of International Development of China's Rural Health Project are analyzed firstly,and then the potential risk factors of the project fund management is summarized,including moral risk factors,budget adjustments risk factors,supervision risk factors and conspiracy risk factors etc.Some suggestions on strengthening and improving project fund management are given finally. |
