| 摘 要： | 主要通过缺血性脑卒中流行病学特点和费用描述，来研究其疾病经济负担。资料主要来源于近20年来的中文文献检索和卫生部门统计报表。在中国，脑卒中的发病率男性约为89、60／10万—314．00／10万，女性约为76．70／10万—212．20／10万。城市高于农村，北方地区高于南方地区。脑卒中的死亡率远远高于急性心肌梗塞的死亡率，约是其4—6倍。在2000年，脑卒中死亡率在城市为127．96／10万，农村为115．20／10万。测算结果显示，25岁以上人群因脑血管疾病而损失的DALY在2000年为12．51DALYs／千人口。在1999年，缺血性脑卒中的直接医疗费用为6801元／例，而到2000年，上升为10489元／例。测算结果显示，在2000年，缺血性脑卒中的疾病经济负担为126亿元—196亿元。脑血管疾病居于中国城市死因的第二位，而居于中国农村死因的第三位，文献报道缺血性脑卒中占所有该病例的50％—60％。

| Abstract: | The paper describes the economic burden of ischemic stroke through the epidemiological characteristics and analysis of direct medical costs.In China,the incidence and mortality of is were reviewed by sex,urban vs.rural,etc.The results showed that the loss of DALY was 12.51 per 1 000 population in China in 2000.The economic burden of is was $12.6 19.6 billion (RMB)in 2000. |
