医生人力资本与劳动定价研究

在城镇职工基本医疗保险制度改革、医疗卫生体制改革和药品生产流通体制改革不断深入以及我国加入WTO的背景下,我国卫生人才市场逐渐形成,人才流动机制正在建立公立大、中型医院高级卫生人才严重流失的现象使得关于医生人力资本与劳动定价问题显得越来越突出人力资本定价是一个涉及多方利益的复杂问题,对我国医生人力资本定价的研究尚未见报道,其科学理论和方法体系的建立还需要努力探索。以人力资本理论为指导,分级测算与比较我国非营利性医疗机构不同专业医生地区之间、城乡之间人力资本投资收益率,在此基础上采用资本资产定价模型探索对医生人力资本的定价问题。全面深入地研究这个问题,构筑理论框架,概括实践体系,具有重要的理论意义、学术价值和现实作用

Research of Doctors' Human Capital and Labor Pricing

Nowadays, reforms on medical insurance system for employee in towns and on medical administrative system and system of manufacture and cirulation in pharmacy are advancing greatly.Under such condition and with the entry into WTO, human resources market in health sector is forming and the mechanism for personal flowing is under construction. However, because of the personal flowing of senior staff in state-owned hospitals, problems on human capital and labor price of doctor appear much more serious.Human capital price of doctor is a complicated problem concerning with multi-interests. There is no such a report on this topic in China.The foundation of theory and approach basis still needs more effort.On the theory of human capital, this research estimates and compares with the rate of invest and income in different specialists in none-profit hospital from different regions in city and village.With the consequence above, the problem on human capital price is searched under the Capital Asset-Pricing Model.
