| Abstract: | The thesis put forward main measure to harmonize the mutual-action relationship between medical insurance organization and hospital, starting with the property of mutual-action relationship, analyzing the significance and basis of establishing fine mutual-action relationship. We try to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance to establish fine collaborating mechanism between the two parties. |
