| 摘 要： | 滚存式筹资是江苏省赣榆县创造的一种新的新型农村合作医疗农民个人筹资方式,它是在农民自愿的前提下,从补偿金中直接扣除次年参合资金。通过实地调查,对滚存式筹资方式产生背景、操作过程、运作条件和运行效果进行了分析,并提出了几个需要关注的问题。

| Abstract: | Accumulating deposit is a way of individual premium collection in new rural CMS created in Ganyu County, Jiangsu province, which means farmers pay advance premiums voluntarily for the next year when they get their medical compensations. Based on on-the-spot investigation, this paper analyzes its background, operating procedure, requirements and effects. Also, some problems worthy of note are mentioned in this paper. |
