| 摘 要： | 文章研究通过采取系统行为模拟和政策干预实验的方法,运用宏观卫生筹资系统动力学模型对系统结构、相关制度、卫生政策与外部环境等进行模拟研究,寻找系统演化过程中的关键干预点,阐述系统的结构特征和行为机制,提出了解决系统问题的政策建议。

| Abstract: | According to the method of systematic behavior simulation and policy intervention, the study will use the system dynamics model to simulate the systematic structure, relevant system, health policies and exterior environment. The paper will locate the key intervention point, clarify the characteristics and behavior mechanism of the system, and put forward the policy suggestions to solve the systematic problem. |
