| 摘 要： | 通过对山东省13所三级甲等医院2005—2007年经济运行状况的分析，揭示药品差价率变化对医院经济运行和经营行为的影响。结果显示，单一的药品加成政策并不能有效控制医疗卫生费用；而大幅度降低药品加成率，甚至取消药品加成，则会使医院出现亏损。因此建议，建立医院补偿的联动机制，即财政、物价、药品价格政策必须相互补充协调。 |

| Abstract: | We analyzed 13 public hospitals financial conditions from 2005 to 2007 in Shandong Province.The results showed that the change of drug price addition impacted on hospitals economic behavior and financial condition.Furthermore,the simple drug price addition policy could not control the health expenditure,while the reduced or zero drug price addition would make hospital suffer financial loss.At last,we suggested that the government should compensate public hospitals with financial,price and drug price policie... |
