| 摘 要： | 利用第三次国家卫生服务总调查的自评健康和收入数据,计算我国及各样本县区的健康集中指数,用以衡量与收入相关的健康不平等程度.从国际比较来看,我国的健康不平等程度处在较高水平;从地区比较来看,各地区的健康不平等程度存在较大差异.同时还发现,收入不平等程度与健康不平等之间存在较为密切的关系,但单从收入不平等本身不能很好地解释健康不平等.

| Abstract: | Using the data of self- evaluated health condition and income from the third National Health Service investigation, health centralized index of China and samples of all counties has been calculated to evaluate the health inequality degree related with income. The inequality degree of China is much higher compared to other countries and differentiates among areas. Moreover, there are closed connections between income inequality and health inequality, but health inequality can not be well explained solely by income inequality. |
