| 摘 要： | 研究颅脑创伤患者为挽救生命行去骨瓣减压术的成本效用。结果显示，患者每增加一年寿命所需的费用平均为14591．79元，而每增加一个质量调整寿命年所需的费用平均为38915．19元；患者的年寿命住院费用和质量调整寿命年住院费用随预后不良风险的增高而逐渐增加，因此对不良预后风险高的患者行去骨瓣减压术的成本效用低。

| Abstract: | We conducted the cost-utility analysis of decompressive hemicraniectomy.The results showed that increasing one year life of a patient costs 14591.79 RMB,and one QALY costs 38915.19 RMB.These inpatient medical costs will increase when the risk of poor prognosis increases.It has low cost-utility that patient with high risk of poor prognosis has decompressive hemicraniectomy. |
